Kate Gioia is a Social Psychologist and Behavioural Architect who continued her education alongside Dr. Joe Dispenza. For Kate, the mind has always been the most fascinating part of a person and the most mysterious.
She embarked on a journey to empower the next generation.
To understand, to explore and to expand the mind. She founded MENTE to help individuals unlock the full potential of their minds and create lasting transformation.

Prior experience in not necessary. MENTE's guided meditation classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session meets you where you are and builds from there.
You’ll receive guided instruction in meditation techniques grounded in neuroscience. Each session focuses on nervous system regulation, manifestation, breaking limiting patterns, and building emotional resilience through practical mental training. We cultivate a deeper awareness of thoughts and self, beginning every class with a short introduction and closing with a warm cup of tea, creating space for reflection and integration.
Unlike traditional meditation classes that focus exclusively on relaxation, MENTE approaches meditation as a form of mental training and mindfulness.
